The napkin that is never the same twice
There is one detail that makes the Ibisco napkin truly special: no two pieces are alike. Each napkin is cut by hand directly from the fabric of our Ibisco tablecloths, and depending on where on the cloth it is born, it carries a different portion of the design — a large pink hibiscus, a branch of foliage, a cluster of white blossoms. Each one is a small one-of-a-kind piece, made for those who love a table that feels alive, never repetitive. If you are looking for the best Italian linen napkins for an elegant, personal table, this is where individuality meets craftsmanship.
The Ibisco pattern is a watercolour botanical composition: generous hibiscus blooms in pink and powder tones, clusters of white flowers, green and golden leaves intertwining on a bright, luminous ground. Because every napkin is cut from a different area of the printed cloth, the design changes from piece to piece: setting the table with Ibisco napkins means composing something slightly different every time, like a freshly gathered bouquet.
As with all natural linen products, small fibre irregularities may be visible — slubs, weave variations, slight differences in thread thickness. These are not flaws: they are the signature of natural fabric, and part of what gives the cloth its character.
On the table, the Ibisco napkin naturally converses with the tablecloth, placemats and runner from the same collection — but it also shines in contrast: placed on a plain-coloured Italian linen tablecloth, it becomes the touch of colour that brings the whole setting to life.
100% pure linen — the very same fabric as our printed tablecloths: a cloth with a dry, natural hand and the lively, textured weave that only true linen can offer.
The Ibisco fabric is by Tessitura Toscana Telerie, a historic Italian weaving mill; each napkin is then hand-cut and sewn by La Bottega di Casa in our atelier.
Linen is a noble, long-lasting fibre that improves with time and washing, becoming softer and more beautiful with every cycle — the true sustainability of luxury.
- Every piece is unique: cut from the tablecloth fabric, no two napkins are ever the same.
- Italian craftsmanship: hand-cut and finished with sartorial precision in our atelier in the Veneto region.
- Machine washable linen: practical everyday luxury — it gets softer and lovelier with every wash.
- Versatile: perfect matched with the Ibisco collection, striking on solid-colour linens.
Machine washable at 40°C (104°F) on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Iron on the reverse while the fabric is still slightly damp, to preserve the brightness of the print. Linen loves washing: it only becomes softer and more beautiful with every cycle.

Are all Ibisco napkins identical? No — and that is exactly their beauty. Each napkin is cut from a different area of the printed cloth, so every piece shows a different portion of the floral design. No two napkins are ever the same.
What tablecloths do Ibisco napkins go with? They were born to accompany the Ibisco tablecloth, placemats and runner, but they also pair beautifully with a plain solid-colour Italian linen tablecloth, where the floral print stands out even more.
Can I order a custom size? Yes. Like all products from our atelier, our napkins are also made to measure — almost any size can be made to order. Just write to us with your desired dimensions.
Are these napkins machine washable? Yes, at 40°C (104°F) on a gentle cycle. Linen improves with washing, becoming softer over time.
Where do you ship from? From our atelier in the Veneto region, Italy. We ship worldwide.
