Every placemat is cut from a continuous-pattern fabric. The colors and overall character remain consistent, but the exact placement of the motifs changes from one piece to another. Available in the standard 40 × 50 cm / 16 × 19 in size, Rio can also be custom-made.

The Rio fabric features a continuous pattern. The position of the flowers, leaves, and individual colors therefore depends on where each piece is cut.
Several placemats used together remain clearly coordinated, but each one reveals its own composition. This variation is not a flaw: it makes every piece unique and gives the table a more spontaneous rhythm.
Small irregularities in the weave or slight variations in thread thickness are also normal characteristics of pure linen and part of its authentic beauty.
