The Hydrangea linen napkin brings the closest view of the entire collection: the 16″ x 16″ square reveals the hydrangeas almost at life scale, with petals occupying the surface in their full chromatic density. Dusty pink, deep mauve, cream white with golden sterile florets in the background — the botanical watercolour at this scale has an almost painterly quality, and every petal is legible in its finest detail.
Unlike the tablecloth and runner — where the continuous design produces different compositions depending on the cut — the Hydrangea napkin is printed at a dedicated size: the design is conceived and calibrated precisely for the 42 x 42 cm / 16″ x 16″ format, and every napkin is identical to the next. As with all natural linen products, small fibre irregularities may be visible — slubs, weave variations, slight differences in thread thickness. These are not flaws: they are the signature of natural fabric, and part of what gives the cloth its character.

Can I pair it with tablecloths other than the Hydrangea collection? Absolutely — it is one of this napkin’s greatest strengths. Does the print fade with washing? Digital print on linen is designed to withstand repeated machine washes at 40°C (104°F). Over time the colour acquires a subtle patina consistent with the watercolour aesthetic. Do not bleach.
How many napkins should I order for a table of six? For a table of six we recommend ordering at least eight napkins to have a rotation margin. Since the design is fixed, all pieces will be identical — the set will be perfectly coordinated.
