This is not stonewashed linen: its more structured hand suits a crisp, carefully edited table.
Tamarindo comes in three rectangular sizes—63 × 90, 67 × 106, and 67 × 142 inches—and is not offered in custom dimensions. For a larger table, layer it over a generously sized solid-color linen tablecloth.

A botanical linen tablecloth in layered greens
Rather than using a small repeated motif, Tamarindo presents broad leaves with fine veins and subtle shifts from muted sage and olive to deeper green. The effect recalls a botanical watercolor, while the pale linen ground keeps the composition open and balanced.
The engineered print interacts with the drop: leaves become expressive along the sides, while lighter areas leave space for dinnerware. Tamarindo pairs naturally with wood, stone, ivory ceramics, and clear glass.

The fabric is 100% natural linen. Because it is not stonewashed, it begins with a smoother, more structured hand than washed linen and gradually softens with use.
Tamarindo is an original Tessitura Toscana Telerie design. La Bottega di Casa crafts the finished tablecloth in Italy using this fabric: the Tuscan textile house created the print, while La Bottega di Casa is responsible for its construction. Tamarindo is not coated or treated for stain resistance.

Tamarindo is offered only in these three dimensions and cannot be ordered in a custom size. To estimate the drop, subtract the tabletop dimensions from the tablecloth measurements and divide each difference by two. Roughly 10–14 inches suits many dining tables.

Before first use, soak briefly in cold water without detergent. Machine wash at 104°F (40°C) with a mild detergent and treat spills promptly with water and gentle soap. Do not bleach or tumble-dry. Air-dry, then iron on the reverse while slightly damp. Because this linen is not stonewashed, ironing is recommended for a smooth, polished appearance.

Il damasco è una delle tecniche tessili più antiche al mondo — portato in Europa dai mercanti arabi nel Medioevo e perfezionato nelle manifatture italiane del Rinascimento.
