Biloba Pure Linen Tablecloth
The Biloba tablecloth by Tessitura Toscana Telerie reinterprets the beauty of late-nineteenth-century jacquard and printed textiles from Lyon. Its richly detailed design celebrates the natural world: flowers, leaves, and imaginative botanical forms intertwine across a natural ecru background in a composition that feels colorful yet beautifully balanced.
The print is enhanced by the subtly irregular texture of pure linen. Small variations in the weave or print are natural characteristics rather than flaws, giving the fabric its distinctive depth and tactile beauty.
A Rich Botanical Design That Is Easy to Style
Biloba combines shades of green, violet, pink, yellow, orange, and blue with a blue-gray dotted decorative border. Although the pattern is elaborate, the neutral background makes the tablecloth easy to pair with white porcelain, colorful Italian ceramics, clear crystal, or tinted glassware.
For a coordinated table, we recommend our solid-color linen napkins in yellow, green, or pumpkin. Changing the napkin and accessory colors allows Biloba to move easily from a relaxed lunch to a more formal dinner setting.
The tablecloth is offered in 63 × 90, 67 × 67, 67 × 106, 67 × 126, and 67 × 142 inches (160 × 230, 170 × 170, 170 × 270, 170 × 320, and 170 × 360 cm).
To select the right size, measure your tabletop and add approximately 10–12 inches of drop on each side.
If the size you need is not available in the menu, La Bottega di Casa can create a custom-size tablecloth. The fabric is cut by hand and finished with mitered corners. Feasibility, production time, and price are confirmed when you submit your request.
We recommend washing the tablecloth separately before its first use. Machine wash at 104°F/40°C with similar colors and a mild detergent. Do not use chlorine bleach or optical brighteners, as they may affect the printed colors.
Tumble dry on low or air dry away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat. Iron on a hot setting, preferably while the linen is still slightly damp. See our complete linen care instructions.
La Bottega di Casa selects home linens and fabrics from leading Italian textile manufacturers, presenting them alongside our own collections and custom-made services.
At our workshop in Follina, in Italy’s Prosecco Hills, we help customers choose the right dimensions and, when available, create custom-size tablecloths with carefully finished details.
Is the Biloba tablecloth made from pure linen?
Yes. Biloba is made from 100% linen, a durable natural fiber known for its subtly irregular texture and elegant drape.
How do I choose the right tablecloth size?
Measure the width and length of your tabletop and add approximately 10–12 inches of drop on each side. For example, a table measuring about 43 × 83 inches works well with a 67 × 106-inch tablecloth, providing a drop of approximately 12 inches.
Can I order the Biloba tablecloth in a custom size?
Yes. If the standard sizes do not fit your table, contact La Bottega di Casa with your tabletop dimensions. We will confirm feasibility, production time, and price before you place the order.
Which napkin colors coordinate with Biloba?
The multicolor design offers several options. We especially recommend solid linen napkins in yellow, green, or pumpkin, choosing a shade that highlights one of the colors in the botanical print.
